FOSTER QUINTINA

Freckles and spots! That's Miss Quintina's claim to fame! She is, and all her adorableness, come all the way from Florida. In the days before Hurricane Irma, Quintina was patiently awaiting her new home in a shelter. But there was a need for space to house emergency evacuee dogs, so she found herself headed north in a van. That is when we first met this sweet babe. She arrived at the shelter late one night in September, and this has been her home ever since. As you can tell, she is quite the charmer with her dairy-cow spots and irresistible black confetti freckles surronding her button nose. Quintina is three years old, and since she hasn't had much training, she would do best in a home with kids over twelve years old. She can be nervous around loud noises, sudden movements, and some handling. Quintina might be able to live with cats, and has been indifferent to dogs. The right dog might be a good fit but or she just might be an independent girl. Quintina's life has been in constant flux lately so she is looking forward to obedience lessons, a reliable and predictable routine, and lots of love from a FURever family.

If you can find space in your home and heart to foster this adorable girl, we know she will show you her appreciation with constant nuggles and puppy hugs. Contact Aspasia Yeager at aspasiay@humanesocietyhbg.org for more information on fostering Quintina!
