What: Join the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area for a special adoption event: CAToberfest. During this event, any application received and approved from October 24th through October 29th for adoption of a black, tortie, torbie, orange, or “ghostly” (all-white) cat will get the scary low adoption fee discount of 50% off. This includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccines, and microchip!

The organization accepts homeless animals regardless of their breed, age, medical condition or behavioral condition and takes in thousands of homeless animals each year.
